Gertrude Chimène windbreaker jacket in black

The Chimène by Gertrude is a lightweight, water-repellent windbreaker designed for the city and for days when the wind picks up but it isn't cold. With no padding, it protects without overheating and can be worn from spring right through to autumn.

The style

Deep black, a utility-inspired silhouette and two large flap chest pockets that structure the front: the Chimène has the character of a technical jacket while remaining easy to pair. The orange zip pull adds the brand's signature touch of colour.

Fabric and protection

Its 100% polyester shell with a thermoplastic polyurethane coating blocks the wind and shrugs off light showers. The adjustable peaked hood can be set to suit the weather, and elasticated cuffs keep the jacket in place while limiting draughts. The polyester lining makes it pleasant to slip on.
